Olde Point Estates Homeowners' Association (OPEHA)
Founded in May 1989, the Olde Point Estates Homeowners' Association (OPEHA) serves a picturesque community of 58 expansive lots, ranging in size from 1.32 to 5.04 acres. Nestled in a tranquil setting, properties within OPEHA are located along the scenic:
- Captain Beam Blvd. (properties on both sides)
- Kings Landing Road (western lots between Captain Beam and Country Club)
- Country Club Drive (southern lots between Captain Beam and Kings Landing Road)
The association operates on a fiscal year from May 1 to April 30, with annual dues set at $38.32.
OPEHA is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and an Architectural Control Committee (ACC). The ACC ensures that any new construction, site improvements, or modifications adhere to the community's established Covenants, preserving the unique character of the neighborhood. All building plans, plot plans, and site improvement proposals must be submitted for review and approval by the ACC.
